No, no ... We propose a course on Conflict Resolution as a chess game but not to checkmate but to recognize the value of each piece in a game and what we are willing to sacrifice or not to reach an agreement to solve a conflict. So we raised the Directors of various public libraries charge a pro training the Association of Library and Information.
