Celebration with the "Mosaic Eating"

The restaurant El Peix d'Or de Barcelona celebrated its fifth anniversary by inviting your most loyal customers and their suppliers to the "Mosac Eating". And we asked (Openmind Consultants) its organization. The event was held in the restaurant and had the cooperation of a color designer, Eduard Benito, who explained the steps involved in creating a color chart from "dripping" technique that Pollock is to leave dripping paint on a canvas spread on the floor by splashing with brushes, hands or any other instrument.

Guests painted their own works of art, with the added challenge that I had to do to pace piano and sax. The menu also played with the color: as the subject of the new tasting menu are the four elements of nature: earth, water, air and fire.
